About The Role

Responsible for understanding the end-to-end data governance processes, data quality (capabilities, frameworks, metrics), data profiling, lineage, metadata and flows to implement/operationalize overall data governance solutions. Ensures data integrity by performing data cleansing, data audits and data validation. Provides data governance for master data through data coordination and integration to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows to business and stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develops Data Governance processes and tools.
  • Supports Data Governance COE on implementing new processes or technology to improve data quality.
  • Aids in the implementation of Data Governance tools and operationalization of best practices by partnering with the COE and BUs.
  • Monitors Data Governance across the enterprise and reports results to more senior staff.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2 – 4 years of related experience OR High School Diploma or GED with 4-6 years of related experience.

The compensation range for this role is (based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois):

$66,772.00 – $124,005.00 per year

The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for commission.
