We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Recruiter to join as a part of our HQ Team to oversee high volume, technical recruiting and participate in building our hiring strategy as Daisy continues to scale. Reporting to the SVP of People & Communications, the Recruiter is responsible for advising on job descriptions, compensation, owning the full recruiting cycle, and driving efficiency and excellence throughout the hiring process. This vital role demands a highly organized, proactive recruiter who is comfortable recruiting at a high volume for our technician and project manager roles as well as switching gears into corporate general and administrative roles across Daisy HQ, national and franchise branches to support Daisy’s strategic growth goals.

Responsibilities:

The Recruiter serves as a partner to the business in identifying, engaging, assessing and on-boarding top talent.

  • Partner with hiring managers to help build Daisy’s HQ, national branches and franchise organizations , targeting high-performing candidates in hard-to-fill areas
  • Support high-volume recruiting for non-exempt roles in several markets across the country (Field Technicians, AV Technicians, Alarm Technicians, Project Managers, and Project Engineers, etc.)
  • Develop effective interview plans to support hiring managers with their decision process
  • Create strategies to achieve hiring targets in alignment with headcount obligations
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g., Business Field Leaders, HR, Legal, Finance, etc.)
  • Work across functions and at all levels of the organization to collaborate and help influence action
  • Conduct interview training with new managers and provide ongoing coaching of existing managers to ensure interviewing compliance
  • Surface opportunities to innovate and improve organizational efficiency continuously

Qualifications

  • 6 + years of full cycle recruiting experience ; combination of agency and in house highly preferred
  • Must have experience handling a 20+ req load in a field based or high-volume environment with multiple hiring managers across different regions
  • Well versed in outbound sourcing strategies and techniques for technically focused, high volume roles
  • Proven experience in successfully managing , prioritizing and closing jobs against a tight timeline
  • Creative, resourceful, and out of the box thinker with the ability to source top talent outside of generic job boards
  • Ability to run recruiting reports and interpret data for business reviews and to create recruiting strategies in partnership with the business
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and ATS (Career Plug or others)
  • Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, collaborative environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of integrity
  • High School Diploma required ; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
