Page is seeking qualified candidates for an exciting leadership position as an Interior Designer for our Denver, Colorado office. The Designer will primarily focus on Healthcare interior design. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment with technically sophisticated and design focused projects. This role involves the development of Interior Design, Furnishings, Art and Accessory specification as well as procurement packages.

 

  • Interior Design from project inception through construction;
  • Design tasks include design concept development, space planning, selection of materials, lighting, fixtures, furnishings, and art;
  • Work collaboratively with project team members including clients, architects, external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators;
  • Lead and prepare client presentations;
  • Network to build relationships with new and existing clients;
  • Preparation of technical documents necessary for furniture bidding and procurement and support of the installation process. 

 

 

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited university;
  • Registered interior designer preferred;
  • 10+ years’ experience; primarily focused on healthcare projects
  • Proficient in REVIT and Enscape;
  • Experience with Adobe Suite (particularly Photoshop and InDesign);
  • Knowledge of rendering software programs preferred;
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of materials, detailing, and construction techniques;
  • Proven design skill and ability to participate in multiple project sizes and types;
  • Detail-oriented and organized with successful experience in managing multiple projects concurrently;
  • Experience in working across multiple disciplines and consultants;
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational skills;
  • Mentors the work of junior staff in the preparation of presentations and documentation on a project.

Base Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location).
