About The Position
- Job Title:** Registered Nurse**Job Specialty:** Step Down – ICCU**Job Duration:** 13 weeks**Shift:** Night 3×12-Hour (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week**Experience:** 2 years of experience required**License:** Active license required**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS**Must-Have:** – Candidates with at least two years of clinical experience- Willingness to work every other weekend- Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs or float between similar units- Acceptance of a non-block schedule**Job Description:**- Provide comprehensive patient care in the Intermediate Care Unit (ICCU).- Manage patient ratios of up to 1:3.- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care delivery.- Adhere to facility protocols and safety regulations.- Complete all required modules onsite annually.- Maintain good communication and documentation standards.- Be open to potential floating to meet the needs of the facility.Note: Compliance with lab work completion within 72 hours of signing an offer is required. COVID-19 and Flu Vaccinations are not mandatory, but information on the Flu Vaccine requirements is currently unknown. No floating is required outside the traveler’s skill scope. Request for time off is restricted to seven days or less. Local applicants living within a 75-mile radius are considered, and former staff must have a six-month separation period before returning.
