Your Role
Collaborate with category managers to support the development, the implementation and continuous improvement of category strategy by leading the process of operational activities of procuring goods and services; utilizing relevant systems available, spend data analysis, supply market, tender process, contract agreement implementation and monitoring, provide inputs during development and implementation of strategic sourcing, negotiations, maintain supplier performance relationship to support category managers in conducting procurement activities, assure supply: implementation and compliance procurement process of procuring goods and services, and other relevant procurement activities to support procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Responsibilities:
- Support the relevant and qualified spend data to support the development of category strategies based on changing market conditions by implementing the strategies to move CCEP sourcing process; review the continuance and update the inputs to ensure the development of strategic sourcing activities is aligned with objectives
- Perform best strategies to challenge current process and cost conversion and investigate options for sourcing relevant category and sub category to ensure spend management aligned with procurement strategies
- Administer the alignment with Category Manager to negotiate major contracts using the CCEP Preferred Supplier Agreement (PSA) as the base by working closely with Category Managers Lead in sourcing all respective categories of spend to ensure the full supply of quality goods and services to CCEP
- Develop and provide the update and complete full analysis of CCEP spend on respective categories by reporting annual basis, review 3 years category plans for respective major categories, implement the category strategies to ensure of its alignment the sourcing process of procuring goods and services
- Provide the report of category management to identify and investigate domestic opportunities to have vertical integration within the supply chain (make vs. buy) and also continuously stay abreast of all relevant market developments (price, supply base, innovation, etc.)
- Drive compliance of CCEP suppliers with TCCC Supplier Guiding Principles (SGP) and Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), in collaboration with TCCC to ensure suppliers aligned with CCEP compliance

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree from any disciplines. Post graduate qualification (e.g. MBA) would be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years commercial experience including supply chain management and procurement
- Excellent knowledge of contractual agreements and relationship management
- Strong track record in governance processes
- Combination of strong technical and commercial knowledge
- Overseas experience gained within an international FMCG organization, ideally within Food & Beverages sector would be preferable
