Are you an expert in the hospitality sector and do you have a solid network of contacts? We are looking for a Senior Hotel Contract Manager for a full-time, remote opportunity.
What will you do?
In the role of Senior Hotel Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing hotel contracts for the key destinations of Garda Lakes & Vicinity, Milan, Naples, Tuscany, Piedmont. Your goal will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with local partners and ensure the best service for our customers.
Main responsibilities:
- To ensure contracts targets are met and maintains/grows production in the designated areas.
- Perform contracting trips to all areas within territory and resolve all contracting-related issues (including sales, pricing, operations, IT and credit control), internally with other departments and externally with suppliers.
- Anything related to the contracting; negotiations, setting and loading, client assignment of contracts and non-bookable content, follow ups of brochure descriptions with hoteliers… etc.
- Follow up of the performance of the contract; follow up allocations, control of allocation fulfilment and performance, special offers request, price comparisons, releases, renegotiations of conditions… etc.
- Analyse the sales performance, comparisons to previous years, competitors and margins. Considering Flight availabilities, new operations or any changes affecting the performance of the contracted product
- Analyse market trends and identify new streams of business for revenue generation. Visit of new possible products, caring and building up actual and future product portfolio
- Representing territory at internal meetings and company at trade shows as required.
- Assistance of tour operator visits and active contracting support
- Specific projects as requested by senior management.

Requirements:
- Consolidated experience in the role of Hotel Contract Manager or in similar positions
- An already established and solid portfolio of contacts in the hotel sector
- Excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of the reference market
- Ability to work remotely and independently manage one’s time and activities
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
