Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field from an accredited institution, or an Associate’s degree with substantial relevant experience (> 10 years).
- Minimum of 3 years of operational management experience, preferably with direct educational management experience.
- Multi-site oversight and leadership experience.
- Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within adult education.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business (MBA) preferred.
- Previous experience as a campus and/or department manager in a secondary education setting.
- Experience with academic and administrative platforms or other industry-related software.
- Experience with regulatory compliance guidelines in the education industry or a related sector.
- Experience with managing a P&L.
- Experience with effective onboarding, training, and development of instructional staff.

- Strategic Leadership : Establish and implement the strategic direction of the organization’s operations in collaboration with the AT leadership team to develop and meet company goals.
- Operational Oversight : Lead and oversee various departments, ensuring successful and compliant operations, while monitoring services to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
- Compliance Management : Monitor and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory bodies’ guidelines, along with internal policies.
- Process Improvement and Implementation : Identify, recommend, develop, and implement new processes and procedures, and make recommendations on technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and resource utilization.
- Team Development : Assist with onboarding: Hire, train, coach, and manage staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to meet the requirements of their positions and organizational goals successfully.
- Performance Management : Monitor, analyze, and report assessment data to meet operational and administrative deadlines. Review reports to tailor training and discussions with teams on results.
- Financial Oversight : Review and approve cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements. Analyze and understand financial reports, including income statements.
- Customer Engagement: Communicate and interact with customers regarding program KPIs and student outcomes, evaluations, and satisfaction levels.
- Community Engagement : Communicate and interact within the local community to maximize the organization’s standing and visibility.
