Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day IT operations, including addressing help tickets, supporting ongoing projects, and managing our infrastructure.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with peers, supervisors, and team members.
- Communicate changes, updates, and project timelines effectively to stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Certifications or experience may also be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong technical skills, including Office 365, server management, and network administration.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
