Job Description

Essential Job Functions

  • Schedule, facilitate, conduct, track and maintain all training including, but not limited to:
    • Team Member Orientation
    • Food Handler Safety Training
    • ServSafe Food Manager Training
    • ServSafe Alcohol Training
    • Harassment Training
    • Safety Training
    • Customer Service Training
  • Maintain accurate records of all training, including certification expiration dates.
  • Develop new trainings as necessary.
  • Work with HR Administrative & Benefits Tech to create new training materials as needed.
  • Work with Employment Coordinator to maintain, distribute and track team member uniforms.
  • Conduct building tours for new team members.
  • Provide backup support to the Employment Coordinator as needed.
  • Assist with the employment process as necessary, including Drug and Alcohol testing.
  • Maintain, distribute and track birthday cards, birthday wheel prizes and years of service pins.
  • Assist with development and implementation of team member engagement programs.
  • Assist with planning and execution of employee events as needed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous training experience required.
  • Previous Human Resources experience preferred.
  • 2-year degree in related field preferred.

  • Ability to develop a rapport with people of varying backgrounds and personalities.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and a friendly, upbeat personality.
  • Ability to remain patient and professional during difficult and/or stressful situations.
  • Ability to maintain a neat, professional appearance.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends (e.g. training sessions, events, etc.).
