The Role – Graphic Designer
Duties
This is a central role within our marketing department. You will liaise with external agencies appointed to develop seasonal campaign artwork and messaging, and the internal marketing and digital specialist teams, to produce a wide range of print and digital solutions to support our lead generation and business development efforts across our two operating brands, Hill Robinson and Moravia Yachting. Typical duties will include:
- Develop a full suite of digital and print materials to showcase Hill Robinson and Moravia Yachting services and capabilities: flyers, brochures, presentations, capabilities decks, magazine, proposals, and reports, etc.
- Liaise with external creative agencies to translate seasonal campaign artwork and messaging into compelling lead generation campaign materials across print, digital, social advertising mediums
- Produce artwork to support the production of a wide range of materials including branded gifts, packaging, banners, flags, event backdrops, caps, pens, notebooks, exhibit booths, etc.
- Liaise with digital marketing specialists and website developers to create layouts for websites, landing pages, campaign pages, banner advertising, emails campaigns, signature banners, etc.
- Editing of videos, creation of motion graphics and infographics
- Creation, organisation, and ongoing management of the company’s photo and video asset library, including gathering/sharing of assets (including rights management) for usage requests
- Creation of short corporate, yacht, lifestyle, and destination videos for use on website, social media, at events, etc.
What experience does a Graphic Designer need to have?
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Experience within the superyacht or ultra-luxury / hospitality sector is essential
- English as first language is essential with the ability to proofread final artwork spelling, grammar, to a high level of competency
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design within luxury, yachting, hospitality, or high-end industries
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and branding principles
- Ability to translate complex information into visually appealing designs
- Experience designing for both digital and print formats
- Familiarity with yacht or luxury industry aesthetics is a plus
