About The Role
Embedded within the Maintenance and Engineering function, yours is a role which ensures the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of aircraft records and maintenance information in accordance with GACA regulations and RX policies.
This role is crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the fleet through meticulous record-keeping, discrepancy resolution, and facilitating regulatory audits and lease returns.
With a eye for detail, you will update maintenance information databases and tracking systems. Further, you can expect to receive, tag, index, and store Aircraft Delivery Records in compliance with GACA Regulations and Lessor’s Requirements.
You will demonstrate advanced proficiency in AMOS, performing component removal/installation transactions, and accurately capturing Tech Log and Cabin Log data to maintain a comprehensive maintenance history.
Key to your success is strong report management including providing required documents and responding to queries from Lessors and Auditors, as well as working with the Aircraft Return to Lease Team to compile required records and reports.

About You
Applicants must possess a basic AME/A&P License or a high school diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar aviation technical records role.
You must have demonstrated experience with handling lease return documentation, as well as working with Auditors.
Proficiency in the AMOS maintenance management system is crucial and required.
