JOB TITLE: Registrar High School WAGE/HOUR STATUS: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Principal PAY GRADE: Clerical (4)

Primary Purpose
To ensure the timely and accurate registration of students in compliance with state education laws and SISD school board policies. Responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive digital record system for student grades, historical transcripts, and their distribution using modern technology and data management tools.
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
High School diploma
Post-high school courses or a minimum of 5 years office experience -preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in digital record-keeping and data management.
Familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS) and relevant software.
Advanced typing and data entry skills.
Ability to navigate and use various technology platforms, including cloud-based systems.
Proficient in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and Microsoft Office products.
Preferred Skills
Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse student and parent populations.
