Key job responsibilities
Project Coordination And Stakeholder Support
- Support the implementation of telematics solutions across MENA markets
- Help coordinate between different teams and stakeholders
- Assist in tracking project timelines and milestones
- Maintain project documentation and status updates
- Support stakeholder meetings and follow up on action items
Data Management & Reporting
- Monitor telematics data quality metrics
- Help create and maintain regular reports
- Support data validation processes
- Assist in identifying and documenting data quality issues
- Support testing processes for new telematics features
- Assist in documenting operational procedures
- Help identify process improvement opportunities
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in project coordination or operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with data and basic analytics
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics or transportation
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Basic understanding of telematics or fleet management
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
