The Super Buddies Club (SBC) in Eswatini has requested the support of a Peace Corps Response Volunteer (PCRV) to serve as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist. Super Buddies Club uses innovative approaches in addressing adolescent and youth issues that make them vulnerable to HIV, violence and exploitation. Since 2008, the organization has been providing life skills training through peer education, and agro-business training to adolescents and youth (including youth living with HIV) as well as parents and guardians.

The PCRV will work closely with the Programs Director, Program Officer and M&E Officer to co-develop a comprehensive monitoring framework and tools and support the Super Buddies program team in the monitoring the implementation of the Strategic Plan. The PCRV will also co-develop M&E systems and tools and capacitate the M&E staff in project monitoring and data analysis.

Candidates selected for this position will be arriving in Eswatini together as a group, so while the departure dates for the whole group could change, dates cannot be changed for individual candidates.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Development Studied, Demography, Statistics or any related degree
  • 5 years of work experience in an M&E-related field
