Sales Manager – Yanbu

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to join our Western Region (Saudi & Bahrain) sales team. As Sales Manager, you will sell, promote, and demonstrate the Isolation valves & Actuation portfolio.

This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager for the Western Region. Your job will offer outstanding perspectives and insights into how customers view their business and align their insights and priorities, while tying those insights back to Emerson outstanding product differentiators. You will drive two-way communications and clearly articulate our value proposition and engage the end customer in jointly addressing their business priorities. Our primary sales focus for this job is all customers in Western Saudi Arabia, and you will additionally handle any other customers allocated to you in the region!

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Meet or Exceed Annual business goals and targets.
  • Establish and develop high level positive relationships with key leaders and at all levels within the Product and Account Portfolio named.
  • Leverage existing and develop new collaborations with key executive decision-makers to successfully position ISV & ACT products as No Equal or the preferred supplier of Technology, Products, Services and Solutions
  • Maintain sales perfection through regular review with sales team and update of project opportunity list in the sales tools like CRM , Booking data base.
  • Meet or exceed west region financial objectives (budget, POR, etc) as required in support of the Isolation business plan and report the POR and updates on weekly basis to ISV Regional Sales manager for western.
  • Develop the required process for RFQ qualification and priority setting for Mega projects
  • Develop and implement plans to drive and grow ISV business and improve revenue and profit from the existing installed base.
  • develop plans to drive competitive displacement and focus on money applications in Midstream, downstream & mining accounts
  • Drive proactively with the sales team the STO for ISV and work closely with other FCTL BUs to ensure ISV is ahead on the STO Plan
  • Drive KOB2/3 opportunities throughout the accounts covered by acting as “trusted advisor” to customers by offering solutions to customer problems.
  • Develop, Update and lead the execution of a multi-layered comprehensive account and site plans covering all Isolation valve SBUs.
  • Prepare and present growth plans, forecasts, pricing surveys, and competitor intelligence.
  • Work closely with other Emerson Divisions and improve pull-through content
  • Ensure Business Unit plans and key initiatives are consistent with account plans and are implemented in timely professional manner. Assimilate BU personnel’s support as and when needed to support the key sites.
  • Establish and update long term agreements for services, turnaround and parts.
  • Analyze and develop plans with the LBP Sales force to drive competitive displacements and upgrades
  • Ensure Emerson Ethics and trade compliance procedures are closely followed with all business transactions.
  • Develop and handle KPI on quotes to drive business with efficiency
  • Follow up and support closing of both entity as well as destination orders

  • Strong business skills & commercial awareness
  • Ability to communicate and deliver the business-based value messages.
  • Knowledge on Oil & Gas process and explaining the special Isolation valves applications.

For this Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering or closely related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years valve experience and Sales experience.
  • Sales record.
  • Background in proactive selling
  • Proficient in English Language-Written and spoken,

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Arabic Speaking shall be added advantage.
  • Relevant Sales Management / Leadership experience
  • Valve Sales experience is desirable.
  • Has multinational company experience
  • Has good experience in O&G
  • Sales Diploma or MBA .
