Job Description
- Communications Planning: Develop and execute internal communication plans that align with the overall strategy set by the Director of Employee Communications. Support program management of communications-related projects, including stakeholder engagement and tracking project objectives and timelines.
- Content Creation: Create and distribute engaging content for internal platforms, including newsletters, intranet updates, emails, and presentations.
- Employee Engagement Programs: Creation of content and facilitation of employee coffee talks, town halls, and other forums that encourage dialogue, connection, and a strong organizational culture.
- Campaign Execution: Support the rollout of key communication campaigns, ensuring messages are clear, consistent, and delivered effectively across all channels.
- Event Support: Plan and support internal events and initiatives that promote employee engagement and reinforce company values.
- Communications Vehicle Management: Assist in managing internal communication platforms such as the intranet, collaboration tools, and communications vehicles.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze employee feedback to measure the impact of communication initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR leadership, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams for the development of messaging and content.
Education / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills with an ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- Experience planning and facilitating employee engagement events or forums.
- Proficiency with internal communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
- Excellent program management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a global organization or working across multiple cultures and time zones.
- Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
- Familiarity with graphic design or multimedia content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
