Qualifications
- 0-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Empathetic and patient approach to client interactions.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
