Key Responsibilities
1?? Social Media Management
- Develop and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Stay on top of trends, viral moments, and industry news to create timely and relevant posts.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to improve engagement.
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
2?? Community Engagement & Growth
- Manage and nurture our online communities across WhatsApp, Discord, and Facebook Groups.
- Foster meaningful conversations and provide support to community members.
- Organize virtual and in-person events, such as AMAs, Q&As, and community challenges.
- Gather feedback from the community and share insights with internal teams.
3?? Content Creation & Storytelling
- Collaborate with the design team to create eye-catching graphics, GIFs, and short-form videos.
- Write compelling captions, blog posts, and newsletters that resonate with our audience.
- Assist in executing social media campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer loyalty.
4?? Collaboration & Strategy Execution
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align social media strategies with company goals.
- Identify and engage with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to amplify our reach.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
? A passion for social media, digital marketing, and online communities.
