Job Description
What We Do
Search public records and examine titles to determine legal condition of primarily commercial or industrial property title. Copy or summarize recorded documents which affect the condition of title to the property. Entry level position. Works under the guidance of experienced team members. Projects undertaken are typically routine in nature and have shorter production times.
How You’ll Contribute
- Performs title examination and examines the chain of title for orders requiring a limited level of expertise
- Prepares initial title commitment documentation based on the application of procedural guidelines
- May abstract records for residential properties
- Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Entry level, experience in title/ related real estate preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)
- Detail oriented
- Analytical ability
- Research skills
- Problem solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- Proficient MS skill set
Pay Range: $15.67 – $26.11
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
