We’ve started our operations in the Nordics, and are now looking to expand it to Sweden.

Your Role

We’re looking for a Co-Founder and Growth Partner to kickstart FlavorScale’s entry into the Swedish market. This role is essential to our growth strategy, as you’ll be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with Swedish restaurants and partners. Working closely with experienced founders and marketing experts, you’ll lead our expansion efforts, onboard new partners, and support our mission to make FlavorScale a key player in Sweden. This is a unique chance to make an impact, gaining hands-on experience in business development, partner outreach, and growth initiatives within a startup environment. See this as your own startup, where you’re building a team in Sweden and shaping FlavorScale’s presence from the ground up.

Practical information

As FlavorScale expands into Sweden, this role will be primarily remote. You’ll have the flexibility to work from home while collaborating closely with our team based in Denmark. We communicate regularly through virtual meetings and support a collaborative environment despite being remote. For occasional in-person meetings, travel arrangements to Denmark may be coordinated.
