Position

Your main mission will be to support the implementation of Dior’s digital media strategies and contribute to the growth of the Ecom business and operations. You will assist in managing digital media campaigns, collaborating with media agencies, and ensuring performance tracking aligns with KPIs and revenue goals. Additionally, you will support SEO efforts to enhance organic visibility, website management, product launches, and Ecom activations while providing customer service and operational assistance to improve the overall online shopping experience.

Job responsibilities

Digital Media

  • Support to manage of digital media campaigns including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting with Digital Media Manager.
  • Assist working closely with media agencies for campaigns launches e.g. creation and validation of ads previews according to the guideline.
  • Support and coordinate weekly meetings with media agencies to align on media plans / timelines deliverables.
  • Support and monitor on reporting & data churning for analyses e.g. weekly /monthly / post campaign reports, traffic acquisition report, & etc. Ensuring alignment with KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Support the execution of the traffic acquisition strategy to achieve Ecom performance KPIs, on the following levers: SEA, SEO and Paid social.
  • Drive SEO optimization, including keyword research, on-page improvements, and content strategy. Implement SEO content updates on the website, ensuring alignment with best practices for visibility and engagement. Align SEO with paid strategies, optimizing content to support SEM and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Provide administrative support e.g. PO / Invoices / for Media operations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams & stakeholders. (Ecom, Marketing, CRM, Finance, Retail, Regional & Central Teams).

Ecom Operation & Customer Service Support

  • Website Management & Product Launching – Assist in updating and maintaining website content, including product listings, banners, navigations, and promotions.
  • Execution of Monthly Ecom Plans – Assist in implementing monthly online marketing & activation. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns & activations.
  • Customer Service Support – Assist in supporting customer service inquiries related to online orders, product information, and website issues.
  • Ecom Ad-Hoc Support – Provide additional assistance to the Ecom team as needed for special projects or urgent matters, as well as troubleshooting for operational challenges.

Profile

  • The basic degree required to do the job is a bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing, business management, or specific field in digital marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics & SEO tools (an added advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content strategy.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (an added advantage)
  • Analytic and performance driven.
  • Adaptable and eager to continuously learn and optimize digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong customer service skills and enjoys speaking to customers and possess excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Good organization skills and in handling documentations.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
