Key Deliverables
- Prepare and Serve Coffee & Tea: Provide coffee, tea, and other beverages for staff and visitors, ensuring timely service and cleanliness.
- Organize and Manage Kitchen & Office Supplies: Oversee the storage of kitchen and office materials, ensuring efficient tracking systems for material consumption and reordering.
- You will be responsible to Monitor Equipment and Supply Usage: Track and report the usage of office equipment and supplies, ordering replacements as necessary and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Support General Duties: Perform any additional tasks as requested by the direct line manager, supporting department needs efficiently.
- File Organization and Maintenance: Organize, maintain, and update files to ensure they are easily accessible, properly categorized, and up-to-date.
- Assist with Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting spaces by arranging seating, providing necessary equipment, and ensuring refreshments are available.
- Manage Office Cleanliness: Ensure the office environment remains tidy by coordinating regular cleaning schedules and maintaining cleanliness in shared spaces.
Qualifications
Job Profile:
- Higher Secondary School.
Skills/Knowledge
- Organized, clean, and neat.
- Should have basic communication skills.
- Knowledge in preparing various tea & coffee.
- Respectful and courteous
Experience
- 1+ year experience in Office helper
