Job Description:

As a market IT manager, you will move with the speed of business. Working on priorities that are most important and will deliver most business impact at different points in time. Through this role, you will have the opportunity to impact multiple areas of the business:

• Go to Market with Direct Customers and Distributors.
• Retail Execution.
• Product Supply Chain.
• Brand and Digital Marketing.
• Internal Business Planning and Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management – You will ensure that all local and regionally deployed programs/projects are delivered with the right field, following the best project management practices.
• Product Management – When a solution/product does not exist for your business needs, you will be at the forefront of developing it. This can sometimes mean bringing in outside vendors providing Software as a Service or developing in-house if needed.
• Data & Analytics – You will work with various data types and large datasets generated within the market. You will enable your business users with accurate and timely data, that is easy to consume and helps reach business insights and actions needed very quickly.

Job Qualifications

Role Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s Degree, or equivalent experience in Computer / Information Technology Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science.
• Experienced with Azure Cloud Infrastructure (Databricks, Data Factory, Azure SQL)
• Well verse with Python and common Data libraries.
• Basic understanding of Data Models (RDBMS, Delta tables)
• Strong knowledge of PowerBI, with analytics and data visualization skills.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills to influence others to act.
• Good social skills, self-motivated, dynamic with a can-do mentality. Able to balance multiple priorities.
• Strong enthusiasm and curiosity about the intersection of business and technology.
• Preferred to have 2+ Years of work experience in demonstrating technology & data to solve business problem in large enterprises.
