Senior Manager Social Media

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
  2. Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.
  3. Plan at large, think and stitch wholesome 360 degree campaigns across platforms.
  4. Work with the brand to create and implement social media strategies.
  5. Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  6. Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.
  7. Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of social media management experience.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field.
  3. Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
  4. Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach, primarily on the digital ecosystem
  5. Strong understanding of all social platforms and their features.
  6. Hands-on experience in media promotions to drive strong social reach.
  7. Stronghold on platform insights and analytics and accordingly using it to tweak the digital strategy.
  8. A multi-tasker who will be responsible for Instagram and Twitter.
