Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional testing and calibration of integrated components to ensure they meet performance criteria and safety standards.
- Diagnose and resolve any issues or malfunctions during the assembly and integration process, ensuring all components work seamlessly together.
- Maintain accurate records of the assembly process, including detailed reports of any issues encountered and the steps taken to resolve them.
- Adhere to quality control procedures, conducting inspections at various stages of assembly to ensure the highest standards of workmanship
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and the integrity of the UAV systems.
- Perform the assembly of UAV airframes, integrating various avionics components such as servos, harnesses, engines, and other related hardware according to specifications and technical drawings.
- Install and integrate avionics systems, ensuring proper alignment, secure connections, and functionality of all components
- Fabricate and route electrical harnesses, ensuring correct installation and compliance with industry standards.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics, avionics, or a related field preferred
- The ability to read, interpret, and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions
- Proficiency in using various hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment required for assembly tasks.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work with small, delicate components with precision.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems.
