What You Will Do
Requirements:
- Support parts and replacements sales Team in ensuring that customers purchase orders are being processed in line with compliance rules, sales quotations conditions and JZ procedures.
- Support team in daily tasks, provide support during absence of other team members, working closely with Execution Team.
- Own the order intake process and handover to the execution team.
- Maintain & Handle Client accounts records creation/modifications (BAAN, Salesforce, POWER APP.)
- Support Aftermarket Sale team on administrative matters.
- Contribute to maintain and develop positive customer relationships.
- Additional duties as required by supervisor.
- Being able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast time and do the best to meet all required deadlines.
- Being up to date on the Company’s product and procedures and share with the team as needed.
- Always work with integrity, compliance and being respectful in communication with others.
- Improve/adapt our business processes wherever possible and find ways to ameliorate and understand our failures and how to avoid them in future.
- Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking, and follow-up.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to external and internal customers/stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Support the KES finance team & execution team works related to invoicing process.
- Ensure the client portal is fully updated, manage content, documents, and resources available on the client portal
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Background in business administration, Engineering or related working experience
- Exposure in a supplier management, contract packaging, or procurement role
- Exposure with RFQ processes and vendor management
- Exposure in quality control documentations
- English Fluency
- Proficient using MS Office
- Detail Oriented
- Organized and efficient
- Microsoft office skills
- Communication skills
- Must be a team player who is willing to cooperate and consider inputs
- Ability to work in a cross functional organization
