Business Analyst

Role & Responsibilities :

Focusing primarily on Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE Solutions, your responsibilities will typically include:

• Architecture:
• Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
• Lead and define business process independently and document outcome (Scope item list, use cases, process flows etc.)
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Trusted Advisor: Acting as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to influence strategy and drive business transformation.
• Workshops: Organizing and facilitating solution and information-gathering workshops with the client.
• Technical Demonstrations: Liaison with Solution Architects & Consultants in preparing and delivering technical demonstrations to clients in support of the account team strategy
• Account Expansion: Exploring new areas of engagement through post-sales activities and identifying future opportunities.
• Collaboration:
• Working with stakeholders within the Dassault Systèmes ecosystem to ensure the best possible solutions are delivered to the client
• Utilize domain expertise and knowhow to drive post-sales implementation activities

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Software, or similar).
• Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of automotive NPD processes, with a particular emphasis on post-sales solutions.
• Architecture Skills: Experience in development and documentation of Enterprise, Business, and Solution architectures, with knowledge of model-based approaches and frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Ability to analyze customer business cases and key challenges, derive meaningful insights to support decision-making and problem-solving
• Ability to build prototypes which can help visualize solutions
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively through solution presentations
• Communication Excellence: Fluency in English with the ability to communicate with passion and clarity
• Travel : Customer challenges and problems can be better understood through face-to-face interactions
