Unilever Future Leaders’ League (UFLL Indonesia)

Unilever Future Leaders’ League is a global business case competition that challenges youth to continuously define and explore creative solutions that inspire goodness in every facet of daily activities to ensure the betterment of the business, the society, and themselves.

You will get hands-on understanding on what Unilever is really like: our brands, our culture, and our people. You will also get the experience to work together with Unilever leaders on a real-life business scenario, and get a unique development experience along the way.

Selected 3 individual winners will represent Indonesia in the final round of UFLL in London!

Qualification

• 3rd year and final year undergraduate students as of March 2025
• Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree with GPA min 3.30/4.00
• Have strong leadership capability and passionate about FMCG industry
• Open for all universities and all majors
• Willing to commit to 2 days online bootcamp and 2 days offline bootcamp
• Willing to be the representatives of Indonesia for UFLL Global Round in London (only for individual winners)

UFLL Timeline

• Oprec : 7 Maret — 31 Maret
• Selection Process : 7 April–18 April
• Delegates Announcement : W3 April
• Online bootcamp : 9 & 16 May
• Offline bootcamp (Grha Unilever) : 26–27 May
• UFLL Final in London : 8–11 July
