We are looking for Full Time Marketing & Communications Executive to join our fast-paced and driven Sales & Marketing department! In this role, you’ll help shape the voice and story of our brand through standout campaigns that showcase incredible guest experiences.. THE ROLE
- Creating proactive promotional programs to generate revenue into all areas of the hotel including Rooms, Food & Beverage and Events business
- Create, design, coordinate & implement all hotel collateral including digital signage, menus, special offers
- Management of hotel reputation platforms including Medallia, Trip Advisor and Third-Party booking channels
- Building relationships with influencers and key partners will also be key to expanding our reach. Your networking skills will help amplify our brand and enhance our reputation in the industry
- Develop innovative strategies to highlight our exceptional accommodations and celebrate the rich blend of food and beverage experiences we provide.
- Build social media awareness across all platform, media relationships & host key media hotel tours
- Manage hotel database, direct marketing activities & e-marketing initiatives
- With an eye for design, you’ll create visually stunning materials that resonate with our audience and reflect our commitment to quality. From concept to execution, you’ll lead projects that elevate our brand’s image.
THE PERSON
- Social Media content creation & management experience
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
- Relevant experience a hotel environment or previous experience servicing multiple departments and platforms; media experience is highly regarded
- Flexibility around working days and hours as required by the business, on occasion you may be required to host key stakeholders in the evening or weekend.
- High level of both written and verbal communication, speaking to brand tone and with creative flair.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines when required
