Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in three structured rotations three (3) different units in Technology Division, to gain a wider exposure and develop a holistic understanding of the workings across the backbone of Malaysia’s e-payments infrastructure.
- Work together with cross-disciplinary teams and receive coaching and mentoring by the identified technology experts, to expand their business perspectives, develop and deepen their critical thinking and problem solving skills, etc.
- Undergo focused learning & development interventions for continuous upskilling (core behaviours, self-leadership, functional competencies).

Application Development – Design and build product enhancements and new developments

Minimum Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate or young talent with less than 2 years of working experience
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or relevant discipline in reputable Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) with at least CGPA of 3.7/ WAM of 85% or Equivalent.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and coding skills (e.g., Python, Java, Golang, SQL, etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud computing, DevOps tools, networking, or cybersecurity concepts is an advantage
- Proficient in English with effective communication skills in verbal, non-verbal, and written communication

- Demonstrates critical thinking and solutioning skills as these skills are pivotal in navigating effectively through VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity)
