Job Summary:Â
We are looking for a skilled individual to provide L-1 and L-2 after sales services for B2B Mobility, IoT Solutions and Cloud MSP products. The role involves ensuring critical service execution, collaborating with internal and external teams, and managing the value chain to deliver end-to-end solutions within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide L-1 and L-2 after sales services for B2B Mobility, IoT Solutions and Cloud MSP products.

Ensure 100% critical service execution and collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues.

Implement a Complaint Management Channel using the internal ticketing system.

Maintain SLA for defined process and distribute complaints/troubleshooting tasks.

Support CI/CD processes and perform process simplification workshops.
-
Ensure B2B Process and governance compliance.

Prioritization of activities based on revenue impact.

Manage 3rd party operations.

Arrange training & development to enhance efficiency of partner services.
Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
