Video Editor + Designer – Digital Marketing Agency

Digital Minds Group is an award winning independent digital media and creative agency working with global brands.

We’re looking for our next young creative superstar to join the team and scale our performance creative to new heights.

You will be working with our clients in the APAC and EMEA regions in particular.

You must possess an incredible design eye, with a love of digital and social channels.

We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of the principles of digital advertising and specifically, some of the elements that contribute to successful digital ads.

Ideally, you will have had experience working in digital media and understand how to to be agile and fast in iterating and creating variations while campaigns are tested.

You must be able to supply examples / samples of work showcasing your Video Editing skills.

Video editing must be a core skillset, please ensure you supply a link to your portfolio with any applications of recent work you have been solely responsible for creating.

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic design & Video Editing:
  • Design and develop creative assets (ad graphics and videos, banners) for media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Create performance-oriented content that resonates with target audiences, driving high engagement and conversion rates
  • Support requirements for versioning, variation, resizing and edits as required quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining high quality work
  • Testing and creative Innovation:
  • Experiment with emerging creative formats (e.g., interactive ads, dynamic creatives) to drive engagement and enhance the performance of campaigns.
  • Brand Consistency and Design Excellence:
  • Ensure all creative outputs are on-brand and aligned with the brand’s messaging, tone, and visual identity, while still being tailored for performance-driven advertising.
  • Maintain excellent quality output with attention to detail, correct application of brand guidelines, use of best practice creative elements and accurate edits and applications of copy etc

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Min of 2-3 years experience
  • Very solid capabilities in video editing and motion graphics
  • Proven experience in designing and optimising ads across major social media

Skills

  • Strong design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge and work across eCommerce, retail and travel a strong advantage

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
