Job Description

Duties: The appointee will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Directors as assigned. Major duties including drafting and editing documents, office administration, scheduling meetings, assisting in the preparation, compilation and distribution of Council/Committee papers and documents, maintaining filing system and publications, coordinating with internal and external parties in connection with committee work and the Authority matters as well as supporting in other organizational initiatives/corporate events and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

(a) A Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines;

(b) At least 3 years of working experience in executive secretarial and/or administrative support;

(c) Experience in handling and arranging committee or board meetings preferred;

(d) Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;

(e) Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;

(f) Good interpersonal and organizing skills;

(g) Multi-tasking, attentive to details and be able to work under pressure.

Employment Terms: The remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be on a fixed-term contract with contract-end-gratuity, MPF benefits, medical and dental care. Future employment may be offered on renewable contracts subject to performance and staffing needs.
