Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity if you are looking to expand your skills and knowledge in the construction materials supply industry, with on-the-job training.
The Roles
Utility Poles
8 hour shifts, covering the 3 parts of producing utility poles
- Measuring, marking and drilling holes
- Painting the poles
- Attaching end caps, plaques and markings
Crossarms
Day / Afternoon / Night rotating shifts
- Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company standards
- Operate machinery and equipment in the production of crossarms
- Manual loading and unloading of materials and products
About You
- Experience in manufacturing and process line work (an advantage)
- Mechanically minded, able to think on your feet and strong attention to detail and quality
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks
- Commitment to safe work practices
- Self-motivation and positive teamwork
- Reliable transport and a current Driver Licence
