Production Operator

This is an exciting opportunity if you are looking to expand your skills and knowledge in the construction materials supply industry, with on-the-job training.

The Roles

Utility Poles

8 hour shifts, covering the 3 parts of producing utility poles

• Measuring, marking and drilling holes
• Painting the poles
• Attaching end caps, plaques and markings

Crossarms

Day / Afternoon / Night rotating shifts

• Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company standards
• Operate machinery and equipment in the production of crossarms
• Manual loading and unloading of materials and products

About You

• Experience in manufacturing and process line work (an advantage)
• Mechanically minded, able to think on your feet and strong attention to detail and quality
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks
• Commitment to safe work practices
• Self-motivation and positive teamwork
• Reliable transport and a current Driver Licence
