Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Live Chat Assistant to provide real-time support and assistance to customers via chat platforms. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through fast and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with product/service information, order tracking, and troubleshooting issues.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Provide personalized assistance to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Stay updated on company policies, product updates, and industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and clarity.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
