Job Description

Our growing company is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Admin Operations and Fulfillment Assistant to join our team and Assist with our B2B and B2C divisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, assisting with operations, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

THIS IS A FULL TIME IN OFFICE POSITION

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with factories to follow up on shipments
  •  Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document management
  • Coordinate and assist with order fulfillment, including processing, packaging, and shipping
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Assist with customer service inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and track key performance indicators
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operational tasks to ensure that the company runs smoothly.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication within the team to facilitate the completion of operational goals.
  • Support various departments in administrative tasks as needed, ensuring that all interactions and engagements are handled with high professionalism.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software preferred
