Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be working in our QA team to ensure the highest quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership skills and QA expertise will be highly valued which in turn will help us to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Ability to document quality assurance activities, creating comprehensive audit reports.
  • Uphold standards for reliability and performance of systems in production through regular inspections, testing and evaluations.
  • Drive quality improvements in testing to ensure smooth operation of web applications in production.
  • Help automate manual testing processes to increase productivity of the QA team
  • Actively take part in discussion and resolution of quality issues with the senior management and team members
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to improve existing products and processes.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.

Experience Required:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a member of a web application development QA team.
  • Familiarity with quality standards and methodologies, with hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience with automated testing tools such as Cypress, Selenium, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
