Why does this role exist?
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our growing marketing operations and client work. This role will initially focus on marketing assistance but has the potential to evolve into an account lead position, directly managing client relationships and workload. The position is crucial for maintaining high-quality marketing deliverables while supporting our purpose-driven approach to digital marketing.

The Impact you’ll make

Content Management & Creation

  • Curate and schedule LinkedIn posts

  • Engage with target audience on LinkedIn

  • Create marketing content across various platforms

  • Assist with course content development

Platform Operations

  • Manage Kajabi platform operations

  • Support membership and community initiatives

  • Execute email marketing campaigns

  • Maintain content organization in Google Docs

Marketing Support

  • Assist with client marketing strategies

  • Support purpose-driven marketing initiatives

  • Help implement marketing automation

  • Utilize ChatGPT for content optimization

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

  • Proven experience with the Kajabi platform

  • Digital marketing background, particularly in content creation

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn marketing and engagement

  • Experience with email marketing campaigns

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools

  • Marketing degree preferred, but equivalent practical experience considered

  • WFH Set-Up:

    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

    • Back-up computer and internet connection

    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect…

Work Setup:

  • Remote position

  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

  • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)

  • Occasional weekend availability for urgent matters

  • 40 hours per week

Compensation:

  • $5 per hour
