Position Summary
As a Business Development Executive in the real estate industry, you will focus on generating leads, building client relationships, and working with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, client visits, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, present services, and facilitate meetings.
- Conduct sales presentations, close vendor agreements, and collaborate on contracts.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies with sales and marketing teams.
- Attend industry events to expand networks and form partnerships.
- Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and report to management.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and problem-solving.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/MBA or equivalent.
- Experience in business development or sales in Real Estate/Hospitality.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and sales tools.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and self-motivation.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
