Officer, Future Travel Experience

Responsibilities:  

• Assist in planning and implementing the Self Bag Drop service in terminals
• Support user acceptance testing for new project implementations
• Coordinate operations and contract management for the Self Bag Drop service
• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to the Self Bag Drop service
• Generate reports on operational performance and conduct analysis to identify service gaps and propose enhancements
• Provide administrative support to the team
