Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Outreach Manager to lead our guest posting and backlink acquisition efforts. This pivotal role involves managing a team of two outreach specialists while maintaining the highest standards of quality control. The ideal candidate will enhance our SEO strategy through strategic relationship building and high-quality content placement.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Quality Control
- Manage and develop a team of two outreach specialists
- Implement rigorous quality control procedures for all outreach efforts
- Review and approve content to ensure it meets high-quality standards
- Prevent black-hat SEO practices that could result in search engine penalties
Strategy & Relationship Building
- Develop comprehensive guest post backlink strategies aligned with SEO goals
- Identify and target high-authority websites relevant to our clients’ industries
- Build and nurture relationships with website owners, editors, and influencers
- Negotiate terms for content placement and backlink inclusion
Performance Analysis
- Monitor key metrics including backlink quality, traffic from links, and SEO ranking improvements
- Analyze campaign effectiveness using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics
- Provide regular reporting on outreach ROI and team performance
- Adapt strategies based on performance data and search engine algorithm updates
- Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, with focus on link building and guest post outreach
- Proven track record managing outreach teams and quality control processes
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with SEO and outreach tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzStream, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- Success Metrics
- Quality of acquired backlinks (Domain Authority, relevance)
- Traffic generated from guest post backlinks
- Improvement in client SEO rankings for target keywords
- Team productivity and consistency in meeting quality standards
- This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within the Philippines/Perth timezone.

- Our Time Management Approach
- We use a system to manage time for our team of 20 staff working across multiple time zones
- The software tracks working hours and occasionally takes screenshots
- The primary purpose is accurate time tracking for client billing and proper overtime pay calculation
