• have at least 2+ years of experience in managing Agile IT projects,
• have high knowledge of project management tools,
• have experience in monitoring and improving delivery quality,
• easily understand clients’ needs in various business models,
• have experience in proactively assisting clients in choosing the most fitting solutions,
• have technical knowledge in the field of software development,
• are fluent in Jira or GitLab
• have an excellent command of written and spoken English (C1+),
• can lead a project independently.

• helping our clients in making key decisions in the process of product development,
• co-creating the concept and ensuring the quality of the scope and functional specification for IT solutions,
• using data and appropriate metrics to drive your decisions and improve your projects,
• ensuring smooth communication in the project,
• preparation and maintenance of project documentation,
• taking full ownership of the project if needed – development of design and software solutions,
• facing unpredictable situations and coming up with the best possible solutions,
• transfer of current knowledge to the team and participation in expanding the teams’ competencies,
• conducting team meetings.
