Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will be tasked with supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, from corporate meetings to larger public gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and organization of events from inception to execution.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and vendor management.
  • Support the marketing team in promoting events through social media and other channels.
  • Prepare event materials, including invitations, agendas, and promotional items.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces before and after events.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A genuine interest in event planning and management.
