Position Overview:
Communiboost is looking for a motivated Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in planning, organizing, and executing events that exceed client expectations. This position requires strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Salary Range: $21.00 – $30.25 hourly

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure services and materials.
- Help manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial plans.
- Create and maintain timelines for all event-related activities and tasks.
- Assist in the development of event themes, concepts, and marketing materials.
- Support the on-site management of events, addressing any issues as they arise.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
