We are seeking a Desktop Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to provide IT support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure smooth system operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory, if applicable).
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure security compliance.
  • Support remote users and document IT support activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of IT support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft) are a plus.
