Senior Officer – Global Ocean Product

Responsibilities

• Align global ocean freight products’ strategies and direction to support and provide the relevant reports, in term of volume incentives, KPI monitoring, business analyst, market intelligence to monitor the results and performance
• Responsible for Carrier management, rate negotiation and maintain Carrier and business partner relationship for business development
• Perform data analysis and work closely with the network for the data integrity of the reports
• Liaise with regional and local product teams on pricing and product initiatives to secure the business
• Manage the freight management system and ensure the accuracy
• Participate any ad hoc project when assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Management / Logistics or related disciplines, with minimum 3-4 years’ experience in logistics industry, in which 2 years or above in product related function
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, detail conscious and demonstrate extensive communication skills
• Fluent in both written & spoken English and Chinese
• Occasional overseas travel is required
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Officer role
