Who You Are:
- You are a mid-level UI/UX engineer with 3+ years of experience in accessibility. You are proficient in HTML/CSS/JavaScript and know accessibility standards.
What You Will Do:
- Design and implement accessible user interfaces.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure accessibility.
- Implement accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Perform accessibility audits and provide recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest accessibility trends.
- Create and maintain design systems.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX engineering.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with usability testing and accessibility audits.
- Knowledge of design systems and UI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
