The Core Capability Requirements For This Role Are

  • Provide high quality advice and support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Finance Division in the development, implementation and monitoring of strategic, financial, human resource and operational procedures and instructions for Finance Division.
  • Undertake research and analysis to provide sound advice to SLT and support the implementation of approved recommendations on business improvement initiatives in the delivery of financial services.
  • Assist the SLT in planning, managing and monitoring the preparation of correspondence, reports and submissions ensuring actions and priorities are

addressed and are accurate and of a high standard of quality.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships and networks with internal and external partners.
  • Coordinate and undertake activities that supports management in effective workforce planning and monitoring, recruitment, onboarding and other workforce activities for Finance Division.
  • Assist in the management of the work program of the Office of the Executive Director, Finance Division by ensuring the effective co-ordination of information requests and deliverables, ensuring work priorities and deadlines are met.
