About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to build and scale our online presence across multiple platforms, create engaging content, and drive marketing campaigns. If you are a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, digital marketing, and growth strategies, this role is for you.
What You Will Do:
? Launch and manage social media channels by establishing and growing our presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn with engaging and strategic content.
? Create engaging visuals and videos by designing eye-catching graphics using Canva or Figma and editing short-form videos with CapCut or your preferred tool to boost engagement.
? Develop and execute marketing strategies by planning and running marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
? Craft compelling content by writing engaging posts, blog articles, and captions to enhance our brand voice and captivate our audience.
? Optimize for growth by implementing data-driven strategies to improve content performance, engagement, and conversion rates.
? Collaborate with leadership by working closely with our CEO, Daniel, to align marketing efforts with business goals and refine go-to-market strategies.
? Engage with a global audience by managing campaigns across different countries, making fluency in English essential. Additional languages are a huge plus.
? Create marketing strategies and content for startups in our Startup Lab by developing marketing strategies and creating content such as landing pages, social media pages, and other materials for the startups we are launching.
