Our Partner Success team works with retail media platforms, resellers, and agencies to drive mutual growth. The role of your team is to build business plans with our existing partners and drive the execution of those plans through the right operational processes and enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning: Collaborate with partners and Quartile leadership to set growth targets and mutual success plans for each partnership.
  • Drive execution: Own KPIs related to partner performance including customer growth and revenue growth. Drive business reviews with partners, ensuring that both sides are meeting commitments and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build a team: Independently drive partner relationships and initiatives while also managing and mentoring a team.
  • Set the standard for how we work with partners: Build scalable end-to-end processes for onboarding partners, enabling them, and jointly serving our mutual clients. Continuously evaluate SLAs, escalation paths, and other processes and develop opportunities for improvement.
  • Align across functions: Serve as the internal “quarterback” cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, etc.) to implement partner-related initiatives. Act as the voice of the partner within Quartile, bringing valuable feedback to internal teams to drive better business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years relevant experience in Partnerships, Customer Success, or similar role preferably for a B2B SaaS business.
  • Previous people management experience leading Partner Managers, CSMs, or similar teams.
  • Experience structuring and negotiating partnership agreements.
  • Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams across geographies and business units, strong communication skills, and demonstrated track record driving complex projects to completion.

INITIAL SUCCESS:

During Your First Six Months You Will

  • Institute and run clear partner processes and operating rhythms that create a great experience for end clients, the partner, and Quartile.
  • Drive growth of the partnerships and accountability to mutual targets.
  • Identify a handful of opportunities to accelerate growth and serve partners more scalably, and then drive those changes with partners and internal cross-functional teams.

The Pay Range For This Role Is:

180,000 – 250,000 USD per year (Remote – United States)
